About Keel.
Keel Business Systems Inc. is a two-person consultancy and software firm in Thunder Bay, Ontario. We work with owner-led companies that have outgrown their tools but not yet found a system that fits the way they actually work.
Who you will work with.
Ryan Campbell
Ryan designs and builds the portals, writes the integrations and manages the hosting. He also runs Guardian Rental Management, a property-management company in Thunder Bay, so he has lived the problem from the owner's side. Guardian was the first business to go through the Keel Method and onto Keel Bridge, and it is still the test bed for every improvement we ship to clients.
On an engagement Ryan owns the software: architecture, integrations, data, security, backups and the live portal.
Nadine Kelly
Nadine leads process discovery, mapping and training. She has spent years working with owner-led businesses on delegation, documentation and getting the owner out of the day-to-day. She interviews staff, shadows live jobs, draws the maps and writes the standard operating procedures that make a portal usable.
On an engagement Nadine owns the process: interviews, maps, SOPs, delegation and the training that gets new hires up to speed.
Where we work.
On site across Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. Partly remote across the rest of Ontario. We travel when being in the room is the only way to see the work properly.
